Beijing Toread Camping Equipment Co., Ltd., established in 1999, is specialized in the designing, developing, manufacturing and selling of outdoor sports products.

Our registered capital is USD1,250,000 and building area is 8,000 square meters. Since our foundation, we have been insisting on our brand concept of "bravely continuous innovating, pursuing excellent quality". In October 2002, we signed an agreement with DU POUNT company and were authorized to adopt SUPPLEX, TEFLON, HOLLO FIL II, and CODURA fabric. In September 2003, we signed an agreement with W. L. Gore & Associates, Inc., receiving authorization of adopting GORE-TEX fabric in our products. In addition, our production line extends rapidly which includes camping equipment, outdoor footwear and clothing, and special mountaineering equipment, totally over 1,000 items which can be provided to customers currently.

Because of reliable quality, widespread application of latest technical materials and competitive performance and prices, our products have been deeply accepted by outdoor sports enthusiasts. Till the midyear of 2005, our sales network has covered more than 90 large and medium cities all over China. Our annual sales volume has been increasing by 50% for successive years. Our clients are mainly from Australia, New Zealand, Mongolia, Russia, Japan, Korea, US, Europe, Africa and Latin America. What's more, our products are sold well through franchising chain stores in Mongolia, Russia and Kazakstan.

Our company has been always advocating more people to experience camping, recreational life, mountaineering adventure and other outdoor activities to relax their exhausted nerves and promote recreational style of the Chinese people's life. We have set up TOREAD Outdoor Sports Club, forming a network among which the common resources can be shared. Every year, we cooperate with Chinese Mountaineering Association to hold national outdoor games. In addition, we sponsor extreme adventure activities of universities and social organizations to promote outdoor activities in China. In 2005, we support Hohxil Tibetan Antelope Protection Area to continually protect environment, and advocate all the Chinese customers to correspond the activity, which represent the spirit of our company, which is "Care for environment, care for nature, from the society, repay the society".
